Jim Smith has been in the business world for over 30 years. For the past several years, his ministry commitment has centered on men developing biblical leadership in the home, church, workplace, and community.

Specifically, his focus is on men assuming their God given roles as courageous defenders and guardians of the family and the church through the development of their faith, obedience, character, integrity, and servanthood. 

Jim resides in Stevensville, Maryland, with Frances, his beloved wife of over 40 years.
